Craig Brenneise has a broad based commercial real estate and corporate law practice, which includes the representation of high net worth investors and business owners in all types of real estate and corporate matters. His representative clients include small to medium sized businesses, corporate and real estate investors, physicians, surgeons and contractors.
Craig has extensive experience in all facets of acquisition, disposition and development of real estate projects, including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, 1031 exchanges, construction contracts, entity formation and loan documentation. Craig also possesses extensive experience in commercial leasing, including landlord and tenant representation, office, industrial and retail leasing as well as build to suit transactions.
