The Real Estate and Finance Section of BLG, serves clients on both a national and regional basis.

The firm’s real estate clients include developers, investors, contractors and subcontractors, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential brokers, and owners and managers of all types of real estate. We are experienced in numerous areas, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction, real estate finance, lending, real estate workouts/loan restructuring, leasing and property management.

Our clients have acquired, financed, developed, sold and leased free-standing retail buildings and shopping centers, multi-family projects, office buildings and industrial warehouse facilities.

Our goal is to use our skill and experience to add value in a timely and efficient manner to each transaction handled for our clients. With extensive experience in representing both sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, we have a real understanding of the issues our clients face in all aspects of their real estate transactions.  We measure our success by the long-term relationships that we have developed and continue to enjoy with our clients.
